    Artisans, whose creations are featured on our site are mostly installed in Marrakech (Morocco). All are members of the Chambre of Artisanat and work in the respect for tradition. Whether creations turned wood, ceramic, textile or other materials, items are completely handmade by the artisans.
  3. Why some items are not available?

    Given the traditional methods of manufacturing articles, artisans can sometimes be out of stock. We chose to not impose any production volume. In the case of ceramics, the production time can be 6 to 8 weeks due to the time of drying ceramics when the weather is rainy. For other items, like jewelry, for example, this period may be reduced to a few days. Let us remember that handmade products do not exist in large quantities, unlike engineered products. This is one of the charms of crafts!

    In most cases, the artisans therefore welcome a request for tailor-made creations. They will certainly be pleased with the confidence that you grant them. If you wish to order a product tailor-made, thank you for using our contact form specifying the type of product and the desired characteristics. We will notify them of your request and you will receive an answer as soon as possible.
  5. Why are the shipping times can they reach 2 months in some cases?

    As mentioned in the previous question, the artisanal products do not allow high-volume production. Delivery times are dependent on the availability of craftsmen. In all cases, a product may be out-of-stock but is presented on our site but with mention Unavailable.
